These Terms of Use regulate the access and free use of the add-in or plug-in called "Álvarez Assistant Extension", owned by ÁLVAREZ, domiciled in Polígono Pocomaco, nº81, plot C13, 15190 La Coruña and with C.I.F. B27017227, registered in the Mercantile Registry of A Coruña, (hereinafter ALVAREZ). The installation and/or use of Alvarez Assistant Extension implies the user’s acceptance of these Terms of Use.

Alvarez Assistant Extension is only available for the browsers listed in the section of the Alvarez website where the user can download Álvarez Assistant Extension following the procedure set for that purpose.

Use of Alvarez Assistant Extension

Being a user of Alvarez Assistant Extension not only means access to its functionalities, but also that its use is in accordance with the following obligations:

Disabling and Uninstalling Alvarez Assistant Extension

6.2. For the functioning of Álvarez Assistant Extension

Alvarez offers Alvarez Assistant Extension using all the technical means at its disposal to make it work satisfactorily, access is uninterrupted and transmission free of errors. However, due to the nature of the Internet, Alvarez cannot fully guarantee it. In any case, Álvarez does not guarantee that Álvarez Assistant Extension will be free from losses, corruption, attacks, viruses, interference, acts of hacking or other interference in security, which will constitute force majeure circumstances. Therefore, Álvarez is not liable for damages of any nature that may result from the availability and technical continuity of the operation of Álvarez Assistant Extension.

ÁLVAREZ does not collect personal data during installation or during use of Álvarez Assistant Extension. Therefore, ALVAREZ does not collect any personal or identifiable information of the user.
ÁLVAREZ only automatically collects information from web pages and/or products you visit through Álvarez Assistant Extension. In particular, it includes:

- URL
- Terms of search
- Results of the search
- Metadata of web pages
- Limited content of the website

This information is used to manage, offer and enhance the functions of Alvarez Assistant Extension.

7.3. Changes and modifications of conditions
ÁLVAREZ may modify the present conditions or introduce new conditions of use, informing the user expressly to inform of the new conditions of use when the user has access to Álvarez Assistant Extension.

In the event of a regulatory action, legal or regulatory measure that, in the reasonable opinion of ÁLVAREZ, prohibits, substantially restricts or makes commercially unviable the provision of the service, ÁLVAREZ will be entitled to: (i) modify the service or the terms and clauses of these Terms of Use in order to adapt to the new situation, (ii) resolve the relationship with the User.

Each time the user downloads and installs a new version of Alvarez Assistant Extension, they will have to accept the new Terms of Use. Otherwise, you will not be able to download and install the new version.

7.4. Interpretation of these conditions
These Terms of Use constitute the complete agreement that ÁLVAREZ has with the user regarding the installation and use of Álvarez Assistant Extension.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is declared unlawful, void or inapplicable for any reason, this provision shall be excluded from these Terms of Use, without affecting the validity and applicability of the remaining provisions.

7.5. Applicable law and regulations
By downloading, installing and making use of Alvarez Assistant Extension the user accepts that the laws of the Spanish state will regulate these Terms of Use. Any controversy arising in connection with the use of Alvarez Assistant Extension and/ or any dispute that may arise between the user and ALVAREZ will be submitted to the Spanish Courts and Tribunals.
