Great extension, nearly replaces Back to Close from versions prior.

One small bug—In newly opened tabs, the URL will appear in the title bar rather than the actual title.

When exactly does this happen? I seem to be unable to reproduce, but maybe I'm opening tabs different or something. Could you maybe file an issue on the github or send a mail/tweet with your reply, thanks in advance :)
