Default settings do not block much so you do have to tweak first to get the best use.
It is unfortunate that the current Firefox version does not remember any changes you made after you close the browser.
The Chrome and Opera versions work flawlessly.

Example, some websites block the ad blockers, but i can successfully block the ELEMENTS. Because i cannot separate this, i have to run two firefox addons. One for blocking Ads, and then ContentBlockHelper to block elements.

It's the only extension that blocks ads and allows to block single scripts
