ruma Firefox okisanel 12407840, 7 ปีที่แล้วVery disappointing experiences with this lately. I am a PRO user and this used to work great but it no longer will let me download anything 720 or 1080p which is the whole point of paying to be a PRO user.
I have been in contact with the app developer for months who does not answer all of my questions which I pose as possible causes of what might be wrong and only instead tells me to do the same things over and over again which I continue to try, wasting much of my time.
I did not want to write a negative review but at this point I feel that I have no choice. When I first got this a few years ago it worked great and I wrote a very positive review. But now that it does not work & I can't get help to make it work I feel compelled to vent about it up here. Sigh.

Pls. contact me at - https://www.yourvideofile.org/support.html and I will make sure activation issue of yours is taken care of.

Support seems to be lacking. I would gladly pay to upgrade but I have to be able to test it first, and it just doesn't work.

I've just tried it out on Linux, and to tell you the truth, it works like a charm: it's fast, easy to use, and I haven't seen a single bug for the first time. It's
not every day that an app works so well on the go, it deserves a pat on the back!
I'll keep using it, and I'll put in a good word for people around me who
are looking for an efficient way to download their videos.

Now each file I want to download it sits in a repeating loop trying to find download links that are never found. I could get the video link from other extensions that do work and in a timely manner. It may have worked well in the past but it no longer does now.
