Edge-Touch Pager lets you scroll through web pages by touching the left and right sides of the screen.
E-Ink Friendly
Scrolling through web pages on E-Ink displays is fiddly and produces a mess of ghosting. Edge-Touch Pager cleanly jumps exactly a screenful at a time at the tap of your screen, just like an eBook. (On non-E-Ink devices, you can optionally enable scrolling animations, if you like).
Tip: Also download DarkReader and configure it to force all web pages to use high-contrast black-text-on-white-background for an optimised E-Ink browsing experience.
Smarter scrolling
Edge-Touch Pager automatically adjusts how far it scrolls so that text doesn't disappear underneath headers and footers (even those ones which randomly appear and disappear as you scroll).
On desktops, Edge Touch Pager also enhances your Page Down and Page Up keys. (You can even disable the touch functionality if all you need is better keyboard navigation on your desktop).
No more accidental clicks
When Edge-Touch Pager is enabled, the whole left and right edges of your screen become scroll up or down buttons so you won't accidentally click links as you read. If you do need to click on something near the edge of the screen, just press-and-hold instead. Alternatively, quickly enable or disable Edge-Touch Pager using the handy browser toolbar button.
Flick-to-top gesture
Flick the page up along either screen edge to instantly scroll that part of the page to the top of the screen. Ideal for when a picture or heading is cut off at the bottom of your screen. No more messy fiddling and ghosting on E-Ink devices.
