    🛠️ Internal changes

    - Switched to another RuntimeGame access patch
    - The new patch only gets it once instead of every frame to prevent any lag.
    - Switched to a lerna managed monorepo to make contributing easier
    - Converted the API to typescript es modules
    - This caused some breaking changes to the API.
    - Remove dependency on the GDevelop repository
    - Added unit tests to the API
