WORTHLESS. Every single attempt came back with some BS warning from Hoxx that said I was blocked by government/school/ISP .. but none of the other VPNs seem to have a problem connecting me. It's a scam to get you to download their "client manager" which I'm sure collects your data so they can sell it.

Works very well BUT.. not free at all and lets you too small amounts of traffic till it blocks you.
consider a commercials option with/instead of charging users.
