Open sidebar of "Instant Images Search" clicking on "View sidebars" icon (as book form) in top right corner of your browser.
Enter any keyword in top input of web-app and then release it to access rapidly at the images or photos you need. Passing on them the mouse pointer you can see the details of the tags, the number of views and finally the buttons for the download. That's all.
