This extension finally allows the user to specify a keyboard shortcut to simply move tabs to Start, End and also to Left and Right.

Four stars (one less than five) only because 'Move Tab Hotkeys' seems to offer a broader range of options … - Great addon!
I truly need an addon like this because I have modified userChrome.css to get multiple rows of tabs with vertical scrolling instead of horizontal scrolling. After this moving tabs using mouse (standard way in Firefox) got broken. So addons like this is the only way for me to move tabs.
Also toolbar buttons for moving tabs would be great not to disturb keyboard and not to interfere with other functions of same key combos.
Also this addon seems not always work correctly with newly opened tabs when used in combination with "Simple Tab Groups" addon. I found out that "Move Tabs" work unstable with tabs I opened since I switched tab group. After I switch tab groups and before I open any tabs "Move Tabs" works correctly. So switching to any other group and back to group of interest is the workaround.
Please try debugging this situation. Thank you! - Rated 5 out of 5ruma Firefox okisanel 14127970, 7년 전Simple and useful plugin! Would be nice to allow remapping keys to avoid conflicts with other shortcuts.
- CTRL + SHIFT + Left and CTRL + SHIFT + Right shortkeys are working, but CTRL + SHIFT + 1 and CTRL + SHIFT + 9 are not working. Instead, the builtin CTRL + 1 and CTRL + 9 shortkeys are triggered.
Even after restarting Firefox... I'm using Firefox 54.0.1 64-bit and 58.0.2 64-bit, I get the same behavior on the 2. - Rated 2 out of 5ruma Firefox okisanel 12458171, 7년 전"Move Tabs" uses four key-combos rather than buttons, and it moves only the selected tab. Two of the combos move the selected tab one place to the left or right, which my mouse cursor can do. Of the other two, Shift+Ctrl+1, or "Move The Tab All The Way To The Left," activates a different add-on (Nimbus Screen Capture) on my PC. There's no option to change the combo, nor one to select multiple tabs and move them all with a click.
The fourth combo, Shift+Ctrl+9, or "Move The Tab All The Way To The Right," works just fine.Tzolin rutzij b'anonel

Minor comment: I note that the 9 and 1 must be used on the keyboard only, while those on the numberpad do not work. Could this be added in the future?Tzolin rutzij b'anonel
