This add-on works great, but why is there not a set-able shortcut? It badly needs that.

Exactly what I was looking for, doesn't need any privileges and can be added as a single button to the toolbar. Sound ON/OFF, it is as simple as it can be.

機能は問題ありません。が、タブバー上の全てのタブにミュートアイコンが表示されて消すことができず、Firefox91に更新してから、このミュートアイコンがあるせいで webサイトのファビコンが表示されず、どのタブが何のサイトなのか視認できず、使いづらい。なので、このアドオンは削除して、音量ミキサーでFirefoxをミュートにして、必要な時だけこれを解除して音を出すことにしました。このアドオンを無効にすることで、webサイトのファビコンは正常に表示されますが、タブをミュートにすると同様にファビコンが消えてしまうので、Firefox側でこの問題が修正されるのを待つよりありません。

At last! I found a good but NOT excellent "Mute Tab". Suggestion: Have a choice of 4 colors... one BLACK (which it is), a white, a yellow or a red. Or, at least one more... WHITE! Thanks for the add-on! ☺

Great exstension!Nowdays that the Web is full of any kind of disturbances this one is practically essential.Actually it should be a default feature of Ff.

Хорошее и самое главное простое и рабочее дополнение без всяких лишних опций. Все ясно. Вмсит значек на панели с перечеркнутым или нет динамиком. просто нажать на него и все будет видно!
