ruma Nodrog, pred 8 letiFollowing the update to v19.3 there is a problem with the toolbar button becoming unresponsive after the first click to enter the "preparing" stage, thereafter it is only possible to continue with "editing/suspend editing" by right-clicking on the button and using the context menu.
