Если что-то не получается, то надо обновить ссылки (опция расширения) и тогда всё подхватывает и скачивает то, что нужно.

Как исправить: заходим в C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\distribution\extensions и удаляем файл helper@savefrom.net.xp. Также удалил файл policies в C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\distribution.
