Check "Tabbie" by '010 Pixel' for how useful it is! #2. Plus need easy way to remove duplicate tabs by matching URL/path or URL/path and &'s. #3. Cannot drag tabs. I use the Izheil multiple tab rows extension.

It's nice that it supports dark theme but the dark icon is hard to locate on a dark toolbar..
