ruma PTC, 3 jierren lynexcellent tool. I was confused because there are 4 "apply" buttons on the settings page
it also acts separately on each window!
shortcuts only start working after browser restart if I understood it correctly
the only problem seems to be that first shortcut activation in a new window does not work
