This extension includes:

* A browser action that creates a popup — within the popup is:
* Three form elements for enter the PBX URL, Account Domain, and Password.
* You can also right click on a number to call it from the browser or from the desktop phone.
* Simply right click the number to choose where to call from.
* Highlight a number and then right click to dial.
