It also collects user data "Upon authentication and signing at the e-service Web eID transmits the user's certificate and URL of the website origin to the e-service." without any permission.
Even if you remove it, on Linux systems it has safe guards which will reinstall it after you restart your machine.
Sounds like persistent Trojan to me. I do not want your spyware on my machine.Tzolin rutzij b'anonel

Opening firefox settings displays the message "Your browser is being managed by another organization". You are monitoring my browser (and probably the browsers of thousands of people who unsuccessfully uninstalled your app like me), without their consent.
I hope you understand how critical this issue is. It is a blatant violation of GDPR.
I am looking forward for a clear explanation and how you plan to solve this issue.Tzolin rutzij b'anonel
xtalüx rutzijol 6 muaj më parëThank You for the feedback. In this case, the problem has nothing to do with the GDPR and linked to browser policies. It seems like every minor Firefox update breaks something, resulting in generic error messages like "certificate not found" when authenticating. Sometimes restarting the browser helps, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes reinstalling the underlying ID-card software helps, sometimes it doesn't. Clicking the little "iD"-icon in the Firefox toolbar never does anything.

xtalüx rutzijol 3 vite më parëThank You for the feedback. The "certificate not found" is a generic error message from the Firefox web browser, not Web eID, which indicates that certificates aren't transferred to the web browser. Most likely the error is related to the Firefox snap issue https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1734371,where it is recommended to use the regular Firefox web browser instead. If that isn't the case, we would recommend contacting ID-helpline https://www.id.ee/en/article/notify-us-of-the-problem/. - Rated 2 out of 5ruma Firefox okisanel 16886118, 4 vite më parë
