    Another user that faces no choice but to stop using ABP after so many years. Removal of features and constant nagging for subscription has ruined it.

    After many years installing it at workplaces and friends, I uninstalled it due to constant ADS about buying premium. "You were the Chosen One! It was said that you would destroy the Sith, not join them! You were my brother, AdBlock Plus! I loved you."

    removing after many years of usage as it now spams you with popup opning a tab without my concent or premession trying to get me to buy paid features to block this ad.

    the adblock doesn't seem to work anymore. there's an annoying ad for adblock plus premium that keeps coming up when i open a new window after being away for a little while.. and it seems the extension doesn't know how to handle it.

    This doesn't even work properly. Doesn't block ads on twitch AT ALL. Why even use this if it doesn't actually block ads.

    You shouldn't be seeing ads, regardless if you pay for Premium or not.     You make a name for yourself first then you spam the user to give you money, there are better free alternatives than adblock plus, go with ublock

    Uninstalled, this was due to the INCESSANT "your adblock has been updated, please give us money" messages. Funny, the app to block popups, generating popups that are annoying.

    Maliciously opens tabs often to advertise itself, begging user to choose a subscription plan. There are free alternatives that do the job better.

    Developer claims they're updating the addon though that's the entire problem: every update ends with the browser being hijacked to load a self-promoting ad begging for donations. As I implied, this is a thoroughly pointless addon anyway as others get the job done without begging.

    Adblock plus works verry good, but it has ads on is own, defeating the entire reason I got the extensions.

    Tried it to beat ads on YouTube. Works about 15% of the time. YouTube ads are now almost 2 minutes at times. Very annoying. Will keep searching. Meanwhile, I watch Rumble.

    Hi,

    If you are using the Adblock Plus extension on a desktop browser, you should not be seeing full length ads though you may see a variety of different behaviors such as a temporary black screen or a very brief display of an ad (less than a second or two).
