Works alright, at least there's a scrub bar which I have had no issue with so far. However, the volume keeps changing for some reason. Scroll down a bit and it sets the volume louder, scroll a little more it's quieter than you set, hover over the video and it get's even quieter, scroll back and it's louder than you set it to. Honestly feels like the volume slider is randomized. Very odd behavior. I'd like to help find the issue for the dev if possible, although I'm not too familiar with debugging in web development.

    Hey dev, i have a bug to report on firefox with this extention, i have been using this extension from 2/3 months now at this point, but recently i have notice that while scrolling through reels, it shrinks the frame into more vertical and it does while watching the video over n over, please advise any fix or are you already aware of it and working on a fix, Thank you

    Was looking for a fullscreen viewer, I had no idea video seeker and volume control was a possibility in the browser. Which begs the question even more strongly, why oh why does Instagram still not implement these 'features' (bare minimum) to the browser experience?!
    That aside, what a wonderful surprise, a complete game changer for me as I have myriad Accessibility issues. I wish I'd discovered this months ago! Thank you for this.

    This guy did the most necessary and user-requested thing that a billion-dollar company didn't know how to do or didn't bother to do.

    It works very well and integrates very well into the Instagram UI, but I have the feeling that when the extension is enabled, RAM usage increases significantly.

    However, I'll keep the extension disabled for now, hoping this will be fixed in the near future.

    The extension is very necessary - no doubt about that. But it heavily loads my CPU and SSD to nearly 100%. The browser freezes immediately. Author, please find a way to fix this. I also thought - Firefox has a picture-in-picture mode for videos with video controls - maybe your extension could use that?

    Hi, thanks for sharing your feedback. This extension can increase CPU load slightly when scrolling through Instagram, but shouldn't trigger any stress on our drive. If you want, you can share a screenshot of you browser's task-manager via my email.
    Firefox does support PiP, but doesn't offer a JavaScript API for developers. It only offers its own floating PiP button, but developers cant use this function manually. That's why this feature is currently Chrome exclusive in my extension.
