Still my favourite TTS. Simple to use, good selection of free voices. It works. A little setup needed to access Google voices, but easier than trying to add voices to Windows. It's been in development, but it's back - phew! Tried many other TTS add-ons - horrible. Hai Phan has been extremely helpful and communicative.
