    You need to pay for a pro account to get access to downloads including low quality ones, watch out for the tons of fake reviews.

    The extension does nothing but mine data if you don't get the PRO upgrade. Paid extensions are fine, but they hide that fact on the bottom of their description.

    Also, this addon will downgrade available downloadable resolutions. For example, if the video offers 720P as it's highest resolution then this addon will restrict this resolution to the paid Pro version... So it restricts the highest resolution, 1080P or not!

    Other addons do 1080P 'premium' for free... Keep looking.

    I get: "Youtube switched to separate audio/video streaming technology for higher quality formats and no longer provides direct 1080p/mp3 streams. Converting these streams to downloadable formats for you needs powerful server infrastructure, therefore 1080p/mp3 downloading has been limited to PRO users.

    Since YouTube changed their download policies, I keep getting pop ups from this program telling me I have to update. I'm not even on YouTube when it happens. If I try to upgrade to the new version, I'm told I have to pay. Instead, I'm going to remove it, and hopefully end the frequent pop ups.

    Every addon is reviewed by Mozilla team strictly before being published here, the behavior you are experiencing is not because of this addon.

    Did removing the addon fixed the popups for you? If not this addon was not the culprit? If yes, that is NOT something by design and I would love you share a screenshot at contact@videodroid.org so I can have a look.

    hi, I want to report a missing "download tab".
    It was ok til last night. It dissapeared troday after Easy Youtube video downloader updomatic update.
    Using W10, and firefox 55.0.3 (64-bit).

    Make sure you are using the new Youtube layout https://www.youtube.com/new and v 10.3 of the addon. If this fixes the issue edit your rating.

    no 1 youtube downloader and doesn't have support for new youtube layout: "WARNING : 'Easy Youtube Video Downloader' is not compatible with the experimental YouTube Material Layout
    which is under BETA testing".

    Please update to the latest bug-fix version 10.3 to fix the issue, it's sad to see users jumping to put -ve rating as soon as a bug appears while the addon has offered fastest updates and years of bug-free functionality.
