Enefit Consumption Data Dive od Karupoeg Puhh

The add-on activates on enefit.ee/*/usage page. It sniffs for api/v2/usage-data/consumption requests and grabs the consumption point id to resend the consumption and market-prices requests
with param aggregationType=QUARTER_HOURLY to get the highest resolution data.

Then it listens to changes in the element 'usage-period-title' label text and parses the period params from there, fetching the data with new params (or getting it from cache) and rerendering the chart.
Request responses are cached by consumption point id and period params.
d3.js (v7) is used for drawing the chart replacing the element 'usage-chart-figure'.
