Enables some round-robin weave methods we have been tinkering with.

Minor bugfix that in version 2 of the algorithm used.

Added a new algorithm for weaving. It seems to be more fair, but may have issues with extremely lopsided counts per domain.
Added a new feature where we only evaluate the leftmost 10%+sqrt(tab_count) tabs (continues to exclude pinned tabs). This has been added to both the old algo and new algo.

Fixed a bug that was causing subdomains to not homogeneously weave.

Homogeneity is restored, compared to v0.4, with the slight deviation on the far left where domains with frequency 1 are woven in every second tab (to prevent them from getting "stuck" and unread on the far right).

Substantially changed the process for weaving tabs so as to not permit domains with low frquency getting "stuck" on the far right where they are never consumed by the user. This results in domains with high frequency getting clumped together or sparce throughout the window, but we think the first 10% or so of tabs remain reasonably homogenious, with a slight over representation of domains with fewer tabs or with many tabs.
Changed the plugin icons to something we generated hastily in gimp so as to not be confusing with the plugin we forked this project from.
Cleaned up the code and removed the majority of bytes found in the original fork.

Uploaded version 0.1 was a hasty, broken version, where we were trying to remove unused UI options.
Version 0.2 fixes the UI bugs, and hardcodes "subweaves" for domains gocomics.com and webtoons.com.
