    Can't download it because it says because of a connection failure. Seems to be a common problem with firefox. Seems like they would have fixed it by now since alot of people can't download any add ons because of it.

    Terrible rubbish extension. I found it to be SLOWING firefox down instead of speeding it up and it blocked me out of some of my most used sites. On one site despite disabling the tracking it still wouldn't let me in. Now that I have disabled it on Firefox everything is working fine.

    DO NOT USE THIS RUBBISH ADD-ON!

    Ghostery is breaking our application (by replacing IDs in legitimate requests sent to our backend), causing Denial of Service for our users who have Ghostery installed. Their support has been unresponsive for more than 2 weeks. This is simply not OK.

    Not suitable for Firefox 60.0.1. Ghostery gets dismissed and is flagged "obsolete" by Firefox.
    Even tried the Github pull, although it it not signed code, but that also got flagged "obsolete". So, i gave up and installed another plugin that actually does work. Apparently, ghostery is history.

    I can not get it to work. I have added it 20+ times and am logged in. It does not seem to get added to my browser. Yet in my browser setting it says it is turned on?

    I used to use it, long ago, until I learned of this information. And once I realized I had been duped, uninstalled it. Never looked back since then and used better addons that ACTUALLY did the job.

    Ghostery has been an annoyance. I could control AdBlocker but not Ghostery. I want to remove it but have not yet found the way to do so.

    Sorry to hear about your issues. You can always email us at support@ghostery.com so we can try and get it worked out. Otherwise.. Just go to Firefox Addons manager and click remove.

    i have to disable Ghostery on several sites (even if there are nothing i'm blocking on the site in question) and this started recently before that there were no problems anywhere

    Does not follow "privacy by default", but requiers one opt-out to avoid one's data to be sold to third parties.

The Human Web, which you can choose to opt in or out of, is an open source technology built by our parent company Cliqz, that provides anonymous group data to help create and improve the browser security features we provide.     This Addon is bought by a data-company (see here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ghostery#Criticism ).
    Don't trust it anymore!
    I would better recommend installing uBlock, who is made by a free person, is open-source (everybody can read and change the code) and does not sell its users data.

    (I'm sorry for any mistakes, I'm german and just want to warn you)

    The addon that does't respect your privacy, collects your data to make money, and the developers who constantly delete negative reviews... Great job,.. highly recommended for people who have absolutely no idea what they are doing/installing!
