Not working at all in Google Docs. I configured all the settings and did all the personalizations as well, and it is still not working in Google Docs. Though it is working on other online text editors. But my primary usecase was for writing emails and making scientific papers on Google Docs, where this extension failed critically.

    The base Grammarly features used to be absolutely great. And for simple corrections, it still is helpful. However, it is absolutely intrusive with all the other AI recommendations that you can only view with a subscription. You get absolutely numb to all the squiggly lines it places under your writing. Unfortunately, it has been surpassed by better add-ons for these jobs.

    Great app, but you have to keep resigning in, which is annoying.

    You can install the extension without an account
    …but
    You cannot use the extension without signing in. WTF ?!?

    ..what a huge breach of privacy, it's like holding a carrot in front of a horse to make it move forward, it's manipulative, and just a lie.

    collects website data by modifing the body secton on EVERY website (inspect): data-new-gr-c-s-check-loaded="8.934.0" data-gr-ext-installed="" data-gr-ext-disabled="forever" , and sometimes gives commas in the middle of words.

    Grammarly has become absolutely terrible recently. It consistently will add punctuation in the middle of words, instead of where it was suggesting. The Pro nagging is also uncalled for and just gets in the way of doing anything actually productive. I can no longer recommend Grammarly.

    Pure trash since they added AI. Avoid at all cost.

    Used to be good, now it gives out incorrect suggestions because they turned to AI. Doesn't load most of the time.

    The addon is good, but it causes UI freezing, especially on MacOS, and to fix that I need to switch to other application and then back to FF.

    So awhile back just staying signed out and taking the few freebies they let you had was enough to let it live sitting there probably harvesting data or extrapolating or whatever word used to obfuscate how my usage gains them something. Then little annoyances grew and festered, like the suggestion popup starting to block more and more of the UI and causing real delays, less of this, more nag, more less, and less and less reasons to keep it around. Welp, one spellcheck and then you be a nagging me boy?! let me show you what ingrates gits when them britches gets too big and your booty ain't paying the rent no moe. Adios Grammar Nationalist Socialists let the purge of all things green begin! Whaaaagh!
