    Works well. But really needs an option to be "on by default". It's not practical to have to electively switch it on for every site that uses that awful "sticky headers" anti-pattern.

    Great start. Works well with Medium, but messes with Twitter's head! :)
    Will try it on other sites as and when they annoy me! :)
