잔소리 (jan-so-ri) means "caring nagging" in Korean, like a parent telling you to sit up straight. This extension sends you gentle reminders to fix your posture, take walk breaks, and drink water.

Three independent reminders that runs on its own interval. Turn off what you don't need:
- Posture: nudges you to sit up straight
- Walk breaks: reminds you to get up and move
- Hydration: keeps your water intake on track

Four built-in options: Gentle Bell, Singing Bowl, Wood Knock, Soft Chime. Adjust volume or upload your own file (under 1 MB).
