Joey does not collect, store, or send your data anywhere. When you save an article, the content is extracted and kept entirely on your device using your browser's local storage. No accounts, no servers, no tracking.
The extension requires broad page access so it can read the article content when you click Save. It does nothing in the background — no data is read or processed until you choose to save a page.
Joey has no analytics, no telemetry, and no external connections of any kind. Your saved articles, highlights, and notes never leave your browser.
