    I really do like the extension but it lacks the option to restrict it from loading on specific websites, this would help when nordpass causes conflict issues with another extension as disabling autofill and autosave in extension settings does not prevent this.

    Extension wont install no matter what I try or device

    Just signed up for NordPass (my first password manager) and I have to say this extension is making things super easy. I can't compare it to others but fwiw it works as intended and does make my life easy.

    !MEMORY CONSUMPTION ALERT!
    I had a memory consumption issue in firefox. This extension is the problem. It causes a tab that naturally uses 70mbs memory to use 200mbs when this extension is enabled.

    Im sure this extension may have a memory leak as well. If you are perplexed as to why your firefox is using so much memory, it has to do with this extension.

    After using other password managers I switched to Nordpas. Great app, easy to use. Far less conflicts than other app's I've used.

    This is specifically for the Firebird add-on, and I'd give it a zero if they had one. To me it seems ridiculous that Firefox ESR, the more secure Firefox version and what we use in our business for that reason, is not supported by the Nordpass add-on. Imagine, a secure browser, not supported by a security company. Ironic and without merit.
    To add, tech support simply suggested I use a different browser. Helpful ... not.
    Worked great for me, until it didn't.

    The only ticket I received was in May when I used the chat to point out the issue. ticket (ID #21010468). I was told to use;

    I like the product and use NordVPN as well. FTR, both products are for home use, at home I use the same browser and change profiles to a personal profile. I prefer to use Firefox ESR or Waterfox (Firefox ESR based) as it allows seamless sync options. I can't see any benefit to having 2 versions of Firefox installed.

    Hello, Harry. Thank you for updating your review and providing your Ticket ID and additional context. We understand your frustration, particularly since Firefox ESR is your preferred browser both for security reasons and for maintaining a consistent setup between your profiles. Being advised simply to switch browsers understandably wasn't the solution you were looking for.

    At this time, ESR-based browsers are not officially supported by the NordPass extension. While standard Firefox is supported, we recognize that installing and maintaining a separate browser solely for NordPass isn't an ideal workaround for everyone.

    We've forwarded your feedback regarding Firefox ESR compatibility and the support experience to the relevant teams for future improvements. Hopefully, such functionality will be available in the future. We're sorry this compatibility limitation has negatively affected your experience!
