Very Good and trusted Addons

It's amazing that almost every single review this extension has had in the recent past is a scathingly negative review.

And there's good reason for that. This is one of the better, even 'premium', VPNs out there. And yes, their service is fast. But it comes with several pains. This Firefox extension is pathetic. At it's best, it asks you to keep logging in, fails often, fails to load pages often, and the window is distorted (it keeps getting elongated!). At it's worst, well, it crashes and takes Firefox along with it.

It should be clear by now that this is not an isolated incident - something that can be resolved by customer service. This is an issue from the development of the extension - which needs to be sorted.

The Windows app (and phone apps) work well, but they're pretty heavy and battery hungry. So I wish this browser extension would 'just work' - but it doesn't.

Can't be installed in Russia anymore. What the...?

I'm sure I would love this extension if it worked. Unfortunately, since it does not run login through an obfuscated server almost every work and public WiFi network blocks the ability to log in through the extension.
Nord, please add this as a feature. It's absolutely excellent in the app.

in windows it doesnt work and also in extention mode

needs re-installation all the time to be able to log in and reconnect. Was working fine in the early days but last year very unstable and actually quite useless.

I'm very dissatisfied with this app and their service, it simply doesn't work as it should. Sometimes it doesn't autoconnect, other times the internet connection stop working because of the app and I have to manually disconnect or reset the connection. There are times that I can't even log in because their log-in interface doesn't work. I don't like it and I'll be switching to another provider when my subscription ends.

This add-on was causing me issues very often, like for others. Then I tried disabling all other add-ons and it worked! It's working even all disabled add-ons are re-enabled again so I can't tell what caused this. It may just be some other extension, it may be Firefox glitch or NordVpn extension issue. Until I figure this out it's 4 stars. Otherwise it's 5.

Logs you out without any reason, then asks for login and fails to do it correctly. Requires re-installation, and only after it finally works. I have only 4 other add-ons, which are some of the most popular on Firefox, all of them I basically mandatory for most users. So that dumb excuse from NordVPN developers, that it is not their fault, it is some bad bad third-party add-on interfere with theirs, is kinda funny in that case. There is no bad interference and even if there is, it is your badly written code cause this problem. Happens way too often, so I've cancelled subscription.

Does a great job when it works. Unfortunatly it cashes every now and then. Have to remove and reinstall it. a bit annoying... Desktop version works ok

Add-on not working (same issue as many other users). Works only once, when you remove and reinstall the add-on but the add-on immediately gets stuck again. Firefox is my main browser, so I have to cancel my subscription...

UPDATE January-2022:
No issues since using v2.40.0; it seems faster and I also like the new 'Pause' feature. Giving it 3 more stars.

June-2021:
It got really bad, broken Login! Claims "succesfully connected" to NordVPN in pop up window while exension icon shows it is not. NordVPN suggests to reinstall the extension but that's just a temporary fix; I'm getting tired of re-installing every week or so and perhaps it's time to trash it if NordVPN can't resolve it for good.

Extension is broken guys. Can't login, can't logout once logged in, and so you can't change anything. Everything works only a single time once you uninstall/reinstall the extension. But once you log in and make your selections, it reverts to its broken state the next time you start the Firefox browser.
NordVPN, you need to spend less on ads and more on development, because ultimately it's the users who will determine whether or not to keep using (ie. $$$PAYING FOR$$$) your service.

It's useless, I'm tired of re-installing the add-on every time I need to use VPN, this problem been there for months. I will not continue my subscription, better use Mozilla VPN from now on
