The Dev lost their mind and started replying and arguing with EVERYONE in the comments who was upset with the change and left a comment about his extension.
The Dev messed up big time in how he implemented this ad and how he is responding to the negative feedback. I removed the extension because the Dev appears to be really unstable and not untrustworthy. He even responded to this comment below blaming everyone else but himself. If he has this much of an ego I would be afraid of what he might do and don't want him to have access to anything on my machine.

zveřejněno před 4 měsíciI was arguing with people who can't read - like geniuses who decided that the extension is paid now. (i.e. missed the point that all the features that existed before - are still free, and only the new, advanced features are paid, and used to cover the cost of running a free service for 20 million users.

Alternatively, have no text there (like as to how it looks without the extension) or make it say "Dislike". The "Disabled by Owner" text takes up so much room and is one of my only gripes with this extension.

I did one better: I'd straight up just removed this waste of storage space of an extension and am now giving it a 1-star review, zero stars if I could. Yes, I'm aware that extensions like this cost money to run and maintain, but putting up a "free" extension only to block it behind a paywall only drives people away towards competitors.
