Addon works good, but I have realised that it is problematic while cooperating with text editor ecosystem for html that I used - the CKEditor. Whenever I was using it, I had to turn off the addon, because the textmarker adds 'tmui' tags which are problematic for the code.

fixed in version 3.8.3
The tmui element won't be rendered if either there are no page buttons to show or page buttons have been disabled

Disable page buttons like this:
- Open Textmarker settings
- Choose tab "Misc"
- Uncheck the checkboxes for showing notes- and bookmark-button

    Sticky notes, because of which I downloaded the extension, work poorly. On light stickers, I almost always see light text. That is, I almost do not see the text while I type it.

    The text is clearly visible only on the sidebar, where I have a sideberry.

    In the settings, you cannot change the color of the note text. Also, you cannot change the color of the note to dark. Although you can change the color of the selected text, but this does not help.

    DO NOT USE. It will NOT save your hightlights in academic database sites like ProQuest. It might save your highlight for a day or so, but will randomly fail to load them DO NOT RELY ON THIS.

    Good interface, allowing changing the colours. Unfortunately, it doesn't work on some Pages, in some sites. Other similar tools does work on those same Pages, so it's a limitation of the extension (I didn't even wanted to save the highlights, all I really needed was marking for studying...)

    Good! Like other users, it is for me the best addon of his kind that I have found. A technical note: I use firefox and/or floorp. If I set "Preferences/Design/Manage Colors/Override the colors specified by the page with your selection above/Always", Textmaker doesn't work. It took me longtime to figure it out.

    Not reliable. My highlights and notes disappeared after refreshing the page. I think the issue was related with multiple pages having the same title, although different file names. I'm working with local HTML files.
