End-User License Agreement (EULA) for TubeForge

Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before downloading or using TubeForge ("the Extension"). By installing or using the Extension, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Kiarash Bashokian ("Licensor") grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Extension strictly for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
* License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Extension.
* Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Extension.
* Use the Extension for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by this Agreement.
* Use the Extension in a way that violates YouTube's Terms of Service.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your use of the Extension and any consequences thereof. TubeForge provides tools to enhance your YouTube experience (such as Focus Mode, A-B looping, and Notes), and you agree to use these tools ethically and legally.

4. Intellectual Property

The Extension, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights, are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of the Licensor.

5. Modifications to the Extension

Licensor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Extension or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.

6. Term and Termination

This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or the Licensor. You may terminate this Agreement by deleting the Extension and all copies thereof from your device. The Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time without prior notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Extension is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Licensor expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or other information, for business interruption, or for personal injury) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Extension.

9. Governing Law

The laws of the Licensor's jurisdiction, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Agreement and your use of the Extension.
