This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as this Policy) describes the data collected and processed by the VNNet extension (hereinafter referred to as the Extension, We, Our Team) when used by users (hereinafter referred to as the User, You), as well as the purposes and procedures for such processing.

1. Data Collection

We collect and process the minimum amount of data necessary solely for the operation of the Extension and for analytics.
Collection occurs automatically in the following cases:

1.1 Extension Installation

• Extension Version
• Browser Language
• Installation Details (Technical Metadata)
• A Unique Token (hereinafter referred to as the Token) is assigned and sent

1.2 Opening the Interface (Popup)

• Browser Language
• List of Non-Proxied Sites Specified by the User
• Extension Version
• Token

1.3 Connecting to the Server

• Automatic Server Selection: Number of Checked Servers, Number of Servers with a Response, Selected Server, Token
• Manual Selection: Selected Server, Token

1.4 Disconnecting from the Server

• Current Server
• Connection Time
• Token

1.5 IP Address Processing

For each network request, the IP address is recorded, from which only the country is determined using open sources. The IP address itself is stored only temporarily for operational and security purposes.

1.6 Intermediary Proxies

The Extension functions as a tracker/switcher for public or third-party proxy servers.

When using such proxies:

• Your network traffic may pass through intermediary servers that are not owned by the Extension developer.
• These third-party servers can technically see only the domains to which you are connecting (but not the contents of encrypted connections).

We do not control these servers and do not store their logs.

2. Purposes of Data Processing

The collected data is used for:
- Anonymous analytics of the performance and use of the Extension
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues (e.g., if servers are unavailable)

3. Transfer to Third Parties

• Upon request of competent authorities. We may transfer data in cases expressly provided for by applicable law.
• To third parties for analysis. Only anonymized information (without the Token and IP address) may be provided to partners for statistics or analytics.

4. Data Storage and Deletion

• Data is stored for no more than 30 calendar days from the date of collection, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
• To delete personal data, the User may send a request to root@vnnet.icu, specifying:
• Unique Token or
• IP address from which access was made.

We will process the request within a reasonable timeframe, within the limits established by applicable law.

5. Limitations of Liability for Intermediaries

• We do not have access to the internal logs or data of third-party proxy servers and cannot verify what information they collect or how it is used.
• By using such servers, the User agrees to the privacy policy and terms of the relevant intermediary.
