Yeah, YT's translation was driving me nuts too. Especially the audio dubs. Unfortunately, I found only a Chrome extension (and an outdated Firefox port without the audio and description feature), so I had to get my hands dirty.
That said, go give thanks to the Chrome's developer too, as they did most of the heavy lifting

Regarding tab titles, I actually already fixed that in my source code. You can look forward to an update today 😉
