    In one of my questions you mentioned that this extension only work in the Google webpage but this extension also works in the address bar too? It works in both the address bar and the webpage of Google. Btw greate extension

    The extension's purpose is to prevent links in Google pages (Search, Gmail, maps, etc.) from turning into an unreadable, obscured link (see the add-on description for a clear example). The address bar has nothing to do with that. What you may see in the address bar are search suggestions, provided by the search provider that you have selected. If these links have an undesired format, then you need to find another search provider.

    Better alternative to the Search-Link-Fix addon. Reliably fixes all the search result links and even works with Firefox on Android!

    Also great optional feature to have the HTTP referrer cleared when clicking on a search result.
