von Firefox-Benutzer 12407840, vor 7 JahrenVery disappointing experiences with this lately. I am a PRO user and this used to work great but it no longer will let me download anything 720 or 1080p which is the whole point of paying to be a PRO user.
I have been in contact with the app developer for months who does not answer all of my questions which I pose as possible causes of what might be wrong and only instead tells me to do the same things over and over again which I continue to try, wasting much of my time.
I did not want to write a negative review but at this point I feel that I have no choice. When I first got this a few years ago it worked great and I wrote a very positive review. But now that it does not work & I can't get help to make it work I feel compelled to vent about it up here. Sigh.

geschrieben am vor 7 JahrenSorry for the let down, there are thousands of PRO users using this. There was a update on Youtube's end which broke 720p v 11.1 fixed this now. Pls. contact me at - https://www.yourvideofile.org/support.html and I will make sure activation issue of yours is taken care of.
