Highlight.js

- Switch to v11.0.1: Support for new languages and new themes (see highlight.js changelog for details)
- The default set of language for autodetection has got new entries (to reflect the list of “common” languages as per the download page on highlight.js website)

- Fix race condition between language list generation, and activation of the checkboxes, in the preferences page

- Bug fix: Checkboxes for preferences would always appeared unchecked when opening the add-on preferences page. Now, they are checked as expected if the user has previously activated the related options.

- Move from add-on SDK to web extension framework!
- Highlight.js version 9.8.0 → 9.12.0
- Items above were already in version 2.0.9.12; but this version was deactivated because it contained a bug. Current version fixes it.
