Flow Club Companion is a lightweight, session-aware add-on designed to support focus during Flow Club virtual coworking sessions—without adding pressure or distractions.

Audio Support

Gentle audio cues help with time awareness while you work:
• Ambient ticking sounds (multiple styles)
• Configurable verbal time announcements
• Optional transition cues (session start, break start, and 30-second reminders)
• Separate volume controls for tick and voice

Choose continuous time awareness, boundary cues, or keep things minimal.

Everything starts quiet by default and can be adjusted at your own pace.

Task Support (Optional)

A simple task list to reduce decision fatigue during sessions:
• Quickly add or paste session tasks
• Check items off as you work
• “Pick for Me” selects a task when deciding feels hard
• Copy tasks into Flow Club’s My Goals section with one click
• Reuse task lists across sessions

You can also pop out the companion into a separate window and place it anywhere on your screen while you work.

Tasks are lightweight and optional—use as much or as little as helps.

• All preferences and tasks are stored locally in your browser
