   All user configurations—including your list of blocked domains, master toggle preferences, and password hash settings—are stored strictly on your local device using Firefox's browser.storage.local API. This data never leaves your browser and is never transmitted to any external server.
3. Network Filtering and Permissions
   FocusShield utilizes the native declarativeNetRequest API to handle website blocking locally at the browser level. The extension requires access permissions solely to match requested URLs against your local blocklist. We do not monitor, track, or log your browsing activity.
4. Third-Party Services and Analytics
   FocusShield contains zero third-party scripts, tracking pixels, telemetry tools, or advertising services. No data is sent to third parties under any circumstances.
