Σημειώσεις έκδοσης (Release Notes) – Group Tabs Sidebar v7 🇬🇷

Πολλαπλά παράθυρα: Πλήρης υποστήριξη κανονικών και ιδιωτικών παραθύρων. Το sidebar λειτουργεί ανεξάρτητα σε κάθε παράθυρο.

Ομαδοποίηση about: σελίδων: Τα about:home, about:newtab, about:blank εμφανίζονται πλέον όλα μαζί κάτω από ένα ενιαίο domain.

Βελτιωμένο drag & drop: Αναδιάταξη με μπλε γραμμή, συγχώνευση (merge) με ρίψη στο κέντρο εικονιδίου, αναδιάταξη μέσα σε συγχωνευμένα δέντρα (merged groups).

Σύστημα ειδοποίησης χωρίς notifications: Κόκκινο badge στο εικονίδιο της επέκτασης με επεξηγηματικό tooltip όταν το sidebar είναι κλειστό ή υπάρχει νέα έκδοση.

Νέο popup: Εμφανίζει άμεσα αν το sidebar είναι ανοιχτό/κλειστό, και προσφέρει κουμπιά για άνοιγμα sidebar ή λήψη ενημερώσεων.

Σταθερότητα: Εξαλείφθηκαν αναβοσβησίματα (flickering), διορθώθηκαν συγκρούσεις drag & drop με κουμπιά, βελτιώθηκε η απόκριση.

Οπτικά εφέ: Hover στεφάνη με δυναμικά χρώματα από το εκάστοτε favicon, ετικέτα "tab system" για τις συστημικές σελίδες about:, ειδικό εικονίδιο για τα πρόσθετα (about:addons).

• Multi-window support: Full support for both regular and private windows. The sidebar now works independently in each window.
• about: page grouping: about:home, about:newtab, and about:blank are now grouped together under a single unified domain.
• Improved drag & drop: Reordering now includes a blue indicator line, merge support by dropping onto the center of an icon, and full reordering support inside merged trees (merged groups).
• Notification system without popups: A red badge now appears on the extension icon with an explanatory tooltip when the sidebar is closed or when a new version is available.
• New popup UI: Instantly shows whether the sidebar is open or closed, and provides quick buttons for opening the sidebar or checking for updates.
• Stability improvements: Eliminated flickering issues, fixed drag & drop conflicts with buttons, and improved overall responsiveness.
• Visual enhancements: Added a hover glow with dynamic colors extracted from each favicon, a “tab system” label for system about: pages, and a dedicated icon for extensions (about:addons).

New features:

Multiple windows: Each open Firefox window now appears in a separate glass panel with a different color and title (e.g., Window 1, Window 2).

Local merges: Merged groups are displayed as trees only when there are at least two merged domains within the same window.

New tab button: A round + button in the top-right corner of the sidebar instantly opens a new tab.

Group close button: Each group’s title bar includes an × button that closes all tabs in the corresponding window.

Active window indicator: A blue ✓ symbol appears on the group of the window that currently has focus.
