Tested on the web interface of openstack.
Also, why does it need to "access your data for all websites" when it should run only on certain tabs?

I will check the issue with openstack.
Regarding "Access your data for all websites" and "Access browser tabs" permission, which is required to inject JavaScript code which will make the add-on work as intended.
Rest assured, this add-on does not collect any user data, refer Privacy policy for more details.
