Load Background Tabs on Select von igorlogius

open background tabs (for example via CTRL+LMB)
When the Blacklist Mode option is unchecked the textarea below can be used to specifies a whitelist of urls that are allowed to load even when they are opend in the background. Checking the Blacklist Mode option inverts the behaviour keeping only matching urls that are opened in the background unloaded until they have been selected and everything not matching loading normally.
