Works like a charm but please add support for mobile webpages like m.youtube.com domains, it's neccesary to make it works in Firefox mobile.

Great extension that has been serving me well for years. I thought V3 was basically broken but it turned out I just had to do a clean install.

It worked for months but now it broke a few days ago... I only use YouTube but the message still appears on top of the recommended videos and nothing gets eradicated.

I love quotes replacing my feed and the passive-aggresive "Scroll your life away" after hitting Snooze!

It worked well for FB, but latest updates 3.0.1 and 3.0.2 Do blocks feed for FB but after a refreshing browser each time. And Do not block stories at all.

Been loving this extension for some time. Although after the rewrite, ~20% of the time when i load x, twitter, or fb, the feed still loads below the quote.

I'm someone who mindlessly opens tabs whenever I get restless at work (mostly Reddit and Youtube). I used to get sucked into the newsfeed every time, of course, since that's the entire point of a newsfeed. But now, there's nothing there, so if don't have a REASON to be on that site, I just close the tab. It works!

Unfortunately the Facebook news feed is still fully visible.

Here are my details:

Operating system: Ubuntu Linux
Firefox version: 147.0.2
Chromium version: 144.0.7559.109

The news feed loads normally and is visible, as if the extension were not active.

To make sure it wasn’t browser-specific, I installed Chromium and tested there as well. The result is the same, the Facebook feed remains visible in both browsers.

However, the extension is working correctly on LinkedIn, Youtube, Instagram etc. Only Facebook seems to be affected.

For context, I am accessing Facebook from Madagascar.

I hope this information helps you track down the issue.

This extension is really useful to me.

Unfortunately, it’s no longer hiding the Facebook feed on Firefox 147.0.2. It works on LinkedIn and Instagram, but not on Facebook.

Worst UI update ever. I love the previous simple and clean UI

I've been using this add-on for 5+ years to block news feeds on Firefox. I switched to desktop-only for social media use, and this add-on has helped me take back my time. I owe the developer a lot. Would like to buy you a coffee, or 10!

P.S. - After a recent update, it now works on LinkedIn as well!

I've been using this for years and it helped me stay off the addictive sites and actually get some stuff done! Highly recommend!

it's not working for linkedin home feed. needs to be updated.

It's amazing

Sure it blocks the news-feed on FB... but it also breaks the browsers ability to save your place on any given page you happen to visit and scrolled on, and reverts you to the top of the page if you click on a link, say in marketplace... you go to view the listing and you click back, your prior place is lost and you have to scroll all the way back to where you were... not how the browser is supposed to function.

Hope the author can fix this, because it happens off site (non- facebook sites) as well when the extension is enabled; disabling the extension reverts the browser back to normal function...
