Firefox extension says connection is secured but what is my IP shows my IP and not a nord IP, what is the point in paying for a service that does not work? (1 star)

EDIT: the extension now works fine and what is my IP shows wherever i select, no issues so far. (4 stars)

    VPN is fast; Ad-blocker is good; but they can't justify the price. Nevertheless, the overall product is great. It's just it'd be better if it was cheaper.

    Can't get this to work in firefox on any of my actual computers. Quick connect fails every time and the troubleshooting page is no help :/

    Works fine on my phone.

    В россии не работает. Работало раньше если через другое расширение VPN подключить Nord. Но сейчас у меня умерло другое расширение и Nord я просто не могу запустить. Нужен другой VPN чтобы запустить этот VPN. Д - Дурка. И он у меня еще месяц оплачен, но я не могу его использовать. Будьте дружелюбнее к русским

    I've been fighting with this app for 3 years. 70% of the time it's completely useless and 30% of the time it works perfectly. The people who make this app are the most amateur developers in the world. In addition to the fact that it's so slow that most of the tabs don't open, many websites block it when it's on (not because of nordvpn IP). And what's extra irritating is the daily login. Very amateur team...
