My old computer was hacked so I've installed Norton360 on the new computer and I'm using thier extensions too. The install was straight forward. So far, so good.

I've been using Norton products for over 20 years! Customer service is excellent and I find I am learning so much whenever I call them. Last year, I asked about a student rate (Yes! At 62, I am back in school pursuing a second degree), the friendly, informative customer service rep informed me that they do not have a student price but that he could offer me an overall 50% discount. Of course, I claimed it thinking that they would simply extend my subscription another year...No, I was immediately credited the discounted amount. Amazing! In this day and age, we often have to wait for customer service calls to be answered but I never mind waiting as I know and trust the Norton will do the right thing in a pleasant and efficient manner. Major kudos to Norton and their employees!!

It is usefull

Blocks downloads with no way to add any exceptions. I feel like I'm being treated like an idiot or a child who can't figure out things on their own. I didn't download so you could tell me I'm not ALLOWED to download things, I downloaded so you could WARN me and I could make an INFORMED decision.
