von Firefox-Benutzer 14766828, vor 7 JahrenAlthough raindrop is still under development, it is a very good bookmarking tool. I can't say I'm anything close to an expert nor have I tried their competitors, but I would absolutely recommend not only the free version of this app (which gives EVERYTHING you need, with the exception being nested favorites), but the paid version is only 3 a month. (You DO get nested collections with that, not to mention a bunch of other goodies as well.) The devs offer the ability to vote on what feature should be implemented next, and that means a lot to me as a consumer. I've had firefox completely delete all my bookmarks before, YEARS of stuff just lost. But raindrop had me covered, as I had already imported all my stuff in there.
Its really only going to get better as time goes on. If I could complain about 1 thing, it would be the ablitity to organize WITHOUT clicking and dragging. As in "move item 101 to position 3". Because it will make you drag something from a list of hundreds all the way to the top, and don't slip up, or you start again. That does suck.
Nevertheless, I wholeheartedly recommend this addon, and I do recommend spending the 3 bucks a month on the pro features too. It will make it worth your time, especially for those of you interested in game design or journalism. The amount of things you need to link back to in those fields is an honest nightmare, and I'd die without a software like this.

- the much-touted UI is...basically the same as Firefox's ancient one with a few ajax flourishes
- what's worse, the UI is *very* unreliable: you move something and find out a few minutes later it didn't move at all even though the UI *showed* it in the new location; this happened dozens of times
- you can't export the collections: it would only let me export the bookmark URLs (not grouped/tagged) or the *original* data I uploaded
- the "AI" took an > 1 hour to do its "magic": with ~400 bookmarks, made a few reasonable suggestions, then *never worked again* (even after I substantially reorganized things, it'd tell me "not enough data...")
TL;DR: the extension's a pretty good front end for a service that's not worth using and won't let you export your own data. - Bewertet mit 5 von 5 Sternenvon Firefox-Benutzer 13676056, vor 3 Monaten

No seriously. If My stuff is STORED LOCALLY. Why can I NOT ACCESS THEM OFFLINE, ACCOUNTLESS, WITHOUT RELYING ON THE SERVERS. - Bewertet mit 4 von 5 Sternenvon Shajirr, vor 6 MonatenQuite powerful bookmarks manager.
What's really annoying is that unless you set
privacy.firstparty.isolate to false, you won't be able to login at all. - Bewertet mit 5 von 5 Sternenvon Firefox-Benutzer 13550550, vor 6 Monatengreat addon. highlight is working now.
however, the highlighted text loses hyperlink property and becomes plain text only.
it'd be great if the text could keep the hyperlink.

Also, its AI suggested organization is so so BUT better than other competitors
