Readable Internet Browser Extension – End User License Agreement
Last updated: 2026-07-17
By installing or using the Readable Internet browser extension ("the Software"), you agree to the following terms.
Licence
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Software in accordance with its intended purpose.
Third-Party Services
The Software may interact with third-party AI providers and other external services. Use of those services is governed by their respective terms and pricing.
You are solely responsible for:
- obtaining and securing your own API credentials;
- configuring the Software appropriately; and
- all charges, fees, or other costs incurred through your use of third-party services, including any API usage.
The author of the Software has no control over third-party pricing, billing, availability, or service behaviour.
No Warranty
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
The author does not guarantee that the Software will operate without errors, interruptions, or unexpected API usage.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the author shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, profits, business opportunities, or costs arising from the use of the Software or any third-party services, including charges incurred through API usage.
Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
Changes
This agreement may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Software after an updated version is published constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
