Secure Vault Manager Extension is dedicated to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we handle data and privacy-related matters in connection with our browser extension.

1. No Collection of Personal Information
   We do not collect, harvest, store, or transmit any of your personal information, credentials, master passwords, or browsing data. Your sensitive information never leaves your device through our extension.
2. Permissions and Data Usage
3. activeTab: Used temporarily and locally to detect the active tab's URL to find matching credentials.
4. Host Permissions (<all_urls>): Required to detect input fields and inject autofill scripts on pages where you log in.
5. nativeMessaging: Used to communicate securely and offline with the Secure Vault Manager desktop application running locally on your computer.
6. storage: Used solely to store a local pairing token to authorize communication with the desktop app.
7. No Third-Party Sharing
   We do not collect or store any user data, and we do not share or transfer any data to third parties.
8. Data Security
   Your credentials are stored securely and encrypted in your local Secure Vault Manager desktop application. The extension only handles credentials in memory temporarily to perform the autofill action when triggered.
