ShovelShare enables you to quickly share the page you're viewing with your favorite Digg community. Click the add-on icon, consent to share your current tab’s URL, and then select "Submit to Digg". This opens Digg’s submissions page with your URL pre-filled. You can then pick a community, add optional text, and submit.

Data Usage & Permissions

• Tabs permission:
  Required only when you click the “Share to Digg” button to read your current tab’s URL. No background monitoring or data collection occurs.
• Storage permission:
  Used to locally store your explicit consent so you don’t have to grant it every time.
• Host permission (https://beta.digg.com/):
  Needed to open Digg’s submission page with your URL pre-populated.

Privacy
- Your URL is shared only after you explicitly consent by checking the box and clicking the share button.
- No browsing data or URLs are stored or transmitted elsewhere besides your browser and Digg.
- No personal information or browsing history is collected or shared.
- You can revoke consent or disable the add-on anytime.

Note
If you're not logged into Digg and have visited Digg within the last 24 hours, the first submission attempt may fail due to Digg’s login session handling. If this happens, close the popup and try again.
