Stability and polish:

• Stay signed in. Fixed background timer that was dying during Firefox's idle suspension, silently logging you out and forcing re-pair every session.
• Pair screen scrolls properly. "How it works", permissions, and privacy disclosures at the bottom of the pair screen are no longer clipped off.
• USDC balance shows correctly. Trade modal now reads your USDC balance on USDC-settled perps (Bybit USDC pairs) instead of displaying 0.
• No more keystroke leaks. Typing in the SETUP tag field inside the Alt+X modal no longer triggers TradingView chart hotkeys (e.g. typing "f" no longer fires TV's "f" shortcut)

Changes made:
- Removed Dynamic Risk UI from the Settings panel (TradeManagement.tsx)
- Disabled the GET_USER_SETTINGS fetch that was failing
- Rebuilt extension
- Minor palette changes

Result:
- No more "Failed to load settings" error
- Settings panel clean and stable
- Trade form still works perfectly (static risk % slider)
- ✅ Ready to submit without broken UI

Bug fixed: Incorrect account balance logic resulted in a slight mismatch between account balance displayed on extensions vs actual

New exchanges: Bybit, OKX, Bitget, Gate.io, Phemex, BloFin — Alt+X trade execution now works directly on all 9 supported exchange websites, not just TradingView.

Universal chart scraping: The extension now discovers embedded TradingView widgets on exchange sites (including inside iframes), so position tool scraping and symbol extraction work the same way they do on tradingview.com.

Bybit fill detection: Bracket order SL/TP fills are now correctly recorded in the journal. Previously, Bybit trades would close but not appear in the desk because Bybit doesn't return SL/TP order IDs at placement time.

Symbol normalization: Fixed symbol formats from embedded TradingView widgets (e.g. .MBTCUSDT.Bybit) being sent to the backend without cleanup, which would cause order rejections.

Exchange filter: The desk journal dropdown now lists all 9 exchanges (was hardcoded to WOO, Binance, Hyperliquid).
